So, I’ve been handling many things lately, and thanks to Things from Cultured Code (on both the mac and phone) I’ve been going pretty smooth covering every single aspect and checking off my To-Do’s as I complete them. What’s really handy too is the LogBook to check on completed items.
Another thing helping me lately has definitely been GoogleDocs, I have to say it wasn’t until a friend recommended that for a document we both needed to look into, I really gave it a try with online coop-editing and to be able to really see the line changes on the documents that I really got surprised by it. It handles .doc, .xls and .ppt files for editing and .pdf for online viewing.
So, if you need organizing, take a closer look into Things and if you need online cooperation (and avoid sending a file back and forth several times) dig into GoogleDocs.
I have used things for a while but find that it is not great for working in a team environment.
I recently started using Opengoo for my personal list. It’s free and allows a decent amount of team features. All you need is the server space.
