As some of you know, I’m involved with the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Guatemala (AJE Guatemala). Being of the founding members back in September 2004 and looking back 5 years it’s amazing how much the Association has done over the years, the people we’ve seen come and go, all the Entrepreneurs I’ve met, not only in Guatemala, but in El Salvador and Colombia, people from all over Latin America and Spain. It’s inspirational, to talk and be able to relate to so many different people, business man and women,what’s their drive… and most important, what keeps them inspired to achieve greatness.

Now, on September 7th, I’m honored to step up as their new President for the 2009-2010 term. I have a great Board to work side by side. Right after the election, we started brainstorming, putting together our plan for the year and where we want to see ourselves and the Association in 5 years. I’ve learned from the previous presidents, taking great example on their dedication and hard work.

Just wanted to share this very proud moment with all of you! And keep your eye around here, I’ll be updating not only this blog but the Association’s too. Great projects are coming to Guatemala and all Young Entrepreneurs.
